BOUT 001 · THE DEAL

Structured cuddles.
Tiny grapplers.
Big wins.

Every class goes the same way. A warm-up, which is mostly kids running in circles pretending to be animals. Then grappling games with the grown-ups: kids crawling all over their parents, laughing and carrying on. Then a five-minute group game at the end, and kids having so much fun they don't want to go home.

It's the basic movements of grappling disguised as games: crawling, rolling, balancing, and playful wrestling with Mum or Dad, in a padded room, with a coach running it.

What they get out of it

BOUT 002 · WEIGH-IN

Small humans,
big energy

and a grown-up who's happy to be the equipment.

△ For you if…

  • Your 3 or 4 year old has more energy than the house can hold
  • You're happy to get on the floor. You're the equipment.
  • They're shy, or the complete opposite. Both do well here.
  • You'd like one half-hour a week that's just the two of you

△ Not for you if…

  • You were hoping to drop them off and grab a coffee. A grown-up is on the mat, every time.
  • You need something in the school holidays. Tiny runs in school terms only.
  • They're 5 already. That's Kids.
ROUND 02 · DAY ONE

What day one
looks like

You walk in, shoes off. Your kid hides behind your leg for a few minutes, which is normal and counts. Then they're a crocodile, then a bear, then they're trying to roll you over and you're letting them. Thirty minutes later they're pink-cheeked and tired, you're slightly more tired, and everyone goes home happy.

Then do it again on Saturday. Also free.

BOUT 003 · THE QUESTIONS

Parent
questions.
All fair.

How does the free week work?
Book the first class with the button. Every other Tiny class that same week is free too: just turn up. If they loved it, we sort out a membership after. If not, no hard feelings and no card details taken.
Do I really get on the mat?
Yes, every time. It's a parent-and-child class: you're the partner, the climbing frame and the crash mat.
What do we wear?
Your kid: normal kids' clothes. You: comfy activewear, nothing that rips easily. No shoes on the mats, so slides are easiest. Bring water.
Is it safe?
It's a padded room, structured games and a coach running the whole thing. Nobody is learning to fight. They're learning to roll, balance, fall over safely and stop when someone says stop.
My kid is shy.
Very normal. Sitting on your lap and watching the first one counts. Most kids are on the mat before the end of the week, on their own steam.
Can't I just wrestle with them at home?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. What you get here is a structured, safe class, proper mats and a room full of other parents and kids doing the same thing, which multiplies the fun.
How much after the free week?
$12 a week by direct debit, school terms only. No lock-in contract: pause or cancel any time. Sibling discounts too.
What happens when they turn 5?
They move up to Little Lemmas: 45 minutes, more technique, and you get to watch from the side.
What on earth is a Lemma?
A mythical three-horned jackalope that eats bullies. Where have you been? It's also short for Trilemma, the name of the gym.
